Hair transplants?

I am currently taking proscar for hair loss. Unfortunately there is still hair loss around my temples resulting in a very distinct V hairline. I would like to get this sorted as it is affecting my looks, personality and confidence.

Is a transplant my only option? They really scare me. Do i need to get continual work done as the natural hairline receeds?

Has anyone on here got actual personal experience of them?

You'll be left with scars on the back of your head... and you'll be chasing that hairline with the surgery for the rest of your life. Spend the money on a nice holiday.

Probably have to get this done someday myself(nice one da!, im a very vain individual).
The best at this is supposedly a Dr. john deveroye in belgium!
Hes supposed to be the go too guy for this!
Dont bother getting it done in ireland anyway, for a start!
Nothing but bad stories, from what i read.
    Hope this is of help.

I thought the guy who done Jimmy Nesbitt's hair ws meant to be good.

Incidently, you do not necessarily end up with a scar. You only have a scar if you opt for 'strip' style surgery. 'FUE' style, follicular unit extraction is a method whereby there are no lasting marks. HTH.

debated this after watching a late late show on it. probably too late now. ive gone down the owning lots of hats route. much less expensive. plus a mach 3 for the rest of the time.
