Need bit help! I gotta fit in a 3rd day weights this week! The session is hamstrings and shoulders so deads and presses etc! Thing is I have a match at 2 Saturday and training Tomorow night (Thursday). I am away all day Sunday! So what is best option! Tomorrow morning time? Friday? Or after match Saturday? It's a pre season competition so not that important. What ye think?

Think you may need to revise your lifting program for rest of the season now if gonna play football too. Im in same situation myself as I noted in my log and will prob have to think of how to break up the week effectively.
In your case id probably go tomorrow morning and then have a full rest day before match Saturday, better to be in proper nick for it than training.

Yep. Eat well after the match, then lift later in the day. You'll have Sunday as a recovery day then.

Or that, if you think you'll recover in time.
