BMW 2005 E90 Warning reset???

    Hey all,

    I have a 2005 E90 and recently the warning light came on with the handbrake symbol and the red car up on the jack image.

    I fixed the problem through a mechanic friend but we can't reset the light to turn it off??

    Anyone know anyone in the midlands area who can turn it off other than a BMW dealer?

    Rang 3 and they wanted to "Book it in" to fix it????

    Not a chance.

    Anyone?
