Remove grease stain from light coloured trousers

    Any tips on how to remove a grease stain from beige trousers. Tried washing in a 40c wash to no avail. While it is not too apparent it is obvious to me and driving me nuts.

    Try damping the stain with some water and rub well with liquid hand soap (white). Then was as normal.

    Place some brown paper over the stain and then iron over it. The stain should lift onto the paper.

    This is the best thing to do for grease stains. In future try to sort stains before putting them in the wash, as washing usually sets the stain in.

    Vanish can also help, too. You should be able to get 'oxi action' powder, which you can use for both handwahsing and in the washing machine.

    Thanks for the tips guys. I will try ironing brown paper over the stain fingers crossed it will work.
    If not I will try Vanish.
