    hi,

    Anyone know if the 'Peter Werth Mens Double Breasted Melton Coat Black'

    have a single vent, double vent or no vent at the back?

    i had emailed m&mdirect customer service and they said "I do not see any reference to ‘vents’ on this item. Unfortunately, we no longer have the facility to check stock prior to despatch. Our warehouse has re-located, and therefore we do not have access to the products".
    Also emailed peter werth customer service but they said " Unfortunately we no longer have stock of this jacket, and there is no mention on the specifications held by our QC department regarding vents."

    Any ideas? the only other option i see is to buy it, check if its a single,double or no vented and then return it to m&m and pay for the postage.(postage wont be refunded)

    I did that too. I emailed peter werth uk but they said "Unfortunately we no longer have stock of this jacket, and there is no mention on the specifications held by our QC department regarding vents. Therefore we are unable to assist you further. It may be worth getting in touch with M & M Customer Care to see if they can help you."

    Would mandmdirect customer service be able to make a phone call to their warehouse staff to find out?

    I rang them up today and the customer service rep and she told me that it would take at least 48 hours for them to check the item with their warehouse. and that the product is running low on stock, probably the stock would get over within 48 hours.

    This is the the reply i got from the customer service at M&mdirect.

    "I do not see any reference to ‘vents’ on this item. Unfortunately, we no longer have the facility to check stock prior to despatch. Our warehouse has re-located, and therefore we do not have access to the products. The only information we have on you required item is already listed on our website. If you do not see the information on the website I’m afraid we will not be able to advise further."
