Price of an iPhone 4 when it came out?

    Hey,

    Does anybody remember what was the price of iPhone 4 32GB on Apple's site when it first came out? It's 700 euro now, was it the same or more?

    Thinking of maybe waiting for an iPhone 5, but it's more than 700 for the top model, I'm definitely not going to get it.

    The price doesn't drop over the iPhones life cycle until a new model comes out.

    So the price for the iPhone 4 now is the same price it was when it came out.

    When the iPhone 5 comes out the iPhone 4 will go down in price.

    Most likely though, it won't be available any more in the 32GB variety.

    It was the same, Apple never really discount or do offers on the phones, not even when they're run out models.

    I'd expect that when the 5 (or the 4S??) is launched, that the 3GS will finally be discontinued and the iPhone4 16GB will then be the "entry-level" model, priced similarly to the 3GS today - €499. And the new phone will start at €599 or maybe a bit more !

    The 5 is going to cost a fortune and the 4 will still be in and around the 500 euro mark I reckon!

    everyone said that before the iphone 4 came out aswell, when the 3gs was released it cost 599 and 699, the 3g 8gb was 499
    then the iphone 4 came along at 599 and 699 and the 3gs 8gb was 499
    why would it change
