Musicians for Jazz Combo sought

I am a guitarist seeking to form a combo for weekly rehearsals in the city centre. The level would be intermediate so ideally players should have a few standards under their belt and have already developed a good feeling for jazz improvisation. It would be like the Newpark evening improv sessions where a professional would sit on and give guidance and feedback. Would suit dedicated musicians who wish to develop their ensemble playing skills. Already have a teacher and space in mind and this would involve a little financial commitment on everyone's behalf (about E20 each per session(see it as a music lesson!). I am open minded about repertoire so standards modern and old, originals, latin and odd metre tunes etc are all welcome...creative input from everybody (arrangements etc) is welcome too!
    Required:
Bass, drums, horns, piano, vocals(if you are a singer you must have your own transposed charts and be able to take an improvised solo confidently :)

    regards

Sounds like a good idea. Who's the teacher going to be?
