I don't have AUX in my car radio so need one of those fm transmitters to get music off my iphone to the stereo... I had one before but it was a shoddy looking yoke that stopped recharging after about a week.

Anyone know where I can get a half decent one on the cheap?

You obviously haven't figured it out yet so let me try to point out what your previous experience shown have shown you: 'decent' and 'cheap' are incompatible when it comes to an FM transmitter, buy one of the better brands and you won't regret it.

For the multiple functions that it's expected to fulfil it's asking a bit much to get this type of gadget on the cheap.

Was the snide prickish comment really necessary?

A friend of mine has a small kensington one, I've asked him repeatedly what type but he never bothered checked... it only cost him about 20 euros and it was a great job so surely cheap and decent is possible.
