Does anyone know the name of the straighteners on Xpose today. Apparently they reconstruct damaged hair.

I think she said something about a place in Blackrock but I could be wrong. Its only in the one salon chain I think though. I wonder if they actually work; Im not gonna fork out €150 for em unless I knew for sure it was the end of straightener damage!

I think the reason it repairs is because of the chamber with the repair fluid, so its still straightening your hair but its 'treating' your hair as you straighten. If you read some reviews online a lot of people say it did improve their hair

    BUT

a lot of reviews are also talkign about serious malfunctions with the product leaking or sparking or blowing up at plug!!!!

http://www.sleekhair.com/21423.html are a few reviews. I would love to buy this but am very freaked out about the idea of sparking!!!

Girls have you seen these ones? The plates are infused with conditioners and they are supposed to make your hair shiny, they're in argos for €85 at the mo and they're only £32 on amazon at the moment, i've just ordered a pair because a lot of reviews say they're even better than GHD's.

I have those. They are excellent. I use them as a spare- don't find them as good as GHD but a close second.

That's good to know, can't wait to get them :)

I'm a bit sick of my ghds to be honest cos they make my hair look a bit dull so hopefully this will do the job for me.

The hair dryer is amaaaazing, I got it reduced in argos for €13 and considering my last hair dryer was over €200 I can't get over how much I love it! What temp are you using the straighteners at? I started on the lowest temp and it's working fab!

Does anyone know where I could buy the K-PAK ReconstrRx VaporIron by Joico in Ireland? I would buy one online but I'm a little concerned about some of the reviews saying that it malfunctions and don't want the hassle of having to return it by post somewhere.
    Thanks!
