    Can't seem to find anything on AA, nra.ie, Wicklow.ie or here about the works that we've been given "advanced notice" via flashing signs (appreciated) to expect delays 22nd-24th between the Beehive and (pub formerly known as) the Tap?

    What sort of delays? Like it is every Friday afternoon heading back to WX? or worse? Diversions? Stop/Go? Kind of surprised that there is no mention on AA given the length of time the info signs have been up.

    Thanks for any info.

    I must be the only Co Wexford to Dublin commuter. :P

    Saw on AA today:
    *N11/WICKLOW* The N11 Wexford/Dublin Rd northbound closes each day at the Ballinameesda Bends, from 9:30am to 4pm daily until Thursday (24th). Motorists will divert off the road between The Tap and the Beehive
    .

    Good! I'm not able to provide an eyewitness account how it was today due to illness. But since I'm the only one, it's ok. ;)

    I don't suppose they're actually planning to sort out that stretch of bends - it's a real shame that they never completed the N11 dual carriageway through Wicklow.

    they are due to build the missing section of Motorway this year, it has permission, the land is bought its just awaiting funding (nothing likely to happen until the new govt is sworn in though).
