Lost Driving Licence?

    Lost my provisional driving licence out the other night like an idiot!
    Anyone know where I go to get another one?motor tax office?
    What forms do I need by the way and how much will it cost?

    any help much appreciated!

    Get thee to the local Garda station and get a form for a renewal. Not sure about the fee.

    Get the form from your local Garda station (D800 I think)You need to fill it in and get it signed/stamped by a Guard. Afterwords goto your nearest tax office and apply for a replacement. Fee is €10

    bet your glad you didnt use your Passport as ID now :D

    I may or may not have lost my passport on a night out about 2 years ago now!im hopeless:D
