    Guys/Gals,

Purely in the interests of allowing you to participate in something you just don't see every day, I begin as follows:

For as long as I can remember, I've had a nasty thing on my back, like a skintag, but more strage looking. Big mother of a yoke too.

I went to a GP last year for a medical check up, arranged for work-relatd purposes. I mentioned it to the doc, cos it was about the only thing health related that I was remotely concerned about. Had heard stories of malignancy and so on, so was relieved when he said to me that it is in a completely benign category, poles apart from your serious tumour type yokes. He said not to worry about it in the least and it could easily be removed. I mentioned that I haven't a lot of cash/time for elective procedures and he responded by telling me that I could tie a piece of string very tight around it,cutting off the blood supply and it would fall of in due course.

I thought no more about it until last week and then mid week I took a notion that this weekend was D-day. Cue two very tight triple knots, tied with dental floss. Over the past few days it has been turning progressively more black. It is one scary looking thing at this stage.

Put it this way, if I was to hook up with a nice girl next door type later, bring her back and show her this yoke, I'm pretty sure it would cause lasting psychological damage.

I had been quie nervous, yesterday in particular it was looking like one of the bad guys out of power rangers, but I've no regrets and I now am of the view that I just have to hold my nerve and it'll fall off eventually.

Post away, hopefully we'll be able to give you some medical advice. It definitely sounds like TB though...definitely....

Please go to a doctor as soon as possible! You have aggravated it, and what was no threat last year has decided to fight back. Go and get it seen to!!
