    Hi all,

Recently a friend of mine opened an airsoft site thats actually doing quite well, though one of the conditions is that only bio-degradeable bb's are to be used, with *no* exceptions...

Seemed like a great idea but people having alot of problems with them, ASG ECOBB been taken out because they degraded far too quickly, BIO BLASTER he just turned to using and they keep jamming everyones weapons...and mags...

Can someone please recommend some durable bio-bbs that they have personally used with AEGs, SMGs ect. that they have had no problems with and would highly recommend?
And also where could we aquire them and at what cost?

    Thanks in advance guys :D

Darklite over on the Arnies forums has recently started producing a new brand of Bio BBs... http://www.bio-balls.co.uk/ (site's down at the time of writing this)

    Here's his blurb:
BioBallsUK is dedicated to bringing Airsoft players in the UK a high-quality biodegradable BB at an affordable price - Here at BioBalls, we believe that being friendly to the environment should be friendly to your wallet and your equipment. That's why we don't just make high-quality oxo-biodegradable BBs, we make them affordable.

Our Balls are made of non-toxic oxo-biodegradable plastic, not PLA or starch based compounds like other biodegradable BB's. What's the difference? Our Balls are less likely to shatter, can hold a much smoother surface finish and can be more precisely machined.

Our Balls are 5.94±0.01mm, making them compatible with tightbore barrels and pretty much any magazine and speed-loader on the market. They come in 0.20g and 0.25g – and soon we'll be adding 0.30g to the mix for all you snipers out there!

Our Balls are the first in the UK to be fully oxo-biodegradable. Once they've been fired and our Balls are exposed to the great outdoors the plastic is programmed to break down, eventually degrading into harmless biomass which is consumed by microbes, eventually leaving no trace.

But all the fancy biotechnology in the world is so much hot air if it's not affordable, which is why we here at Bio- Balls have worked hard to insure we can offer our Balls at the same price as non-degradable BB brands. Special introductory pricing; 3000 x 0.2g BB's only £6 a bottle and 3000 x 0.25g BB's at just £7 a bottle.

I haven't tried them myself yet, but they have been getting good write ups from players and I'll be trying them myself in the next month or so...

I personally love Biovals, they can be purchased from SEAirsoft. They only have .2g listed on their site but you can get other weights from them.

Also +1 on the G&G bio's. Tried loads of different bio's, the G&G ones are the only ones I've had no problems with.
