Hello all, i cant find any info about this, is it an offence not to register to vote or to not update a change of address etc. I read in england it is an offence as they use the addresses for council tax. If we are called for jury do they find our address on the electoral role..

For some reason i thought i read years ago that there was some repercussions to not having my electoral entry up to date hence i always have.. Any info on the subject would be greatly appreciated :D

You're going to jail mate

Ah no, you're not, well not for not registering anyway.

Not an offence at all. Though you can't vote.....

I don't think its an offence, but it would be an offence to make an incorrect return.
