Beginner weekday spins

    I am a novice less than a years experience, would love to get some people in a similar position to go for training or spinning with me. Would do anything from an hour to 3 hours down Wicklow or anywhere really to get out of the traffic! Let me know if you want to go out during the week. Monday, Wednesday or Friday mornings/afternoons suits me best!

    I've to drive me da to Dublin on Wednesday, I'd have time for maybe a two hour spin leaving southside at 9am, I'm the slowest climber on here so it wouldn't be an issue.

    I might join ye, what kind of distance are you hoping to clock up? A 2-3 hour medium paced one would suit me great...

    The captain has only a 2 hour time frame on this one! The route I left up to him. Meeting at 9am Wednesday in Booterstown.
