Is there anyway to find a cached copy of a site that is no longer up and says page not available? Or any other way to see it. if you viewed it before is it somewhere in the pc not temp files they have been cleared.

How do computer forensic s see what pages a perv has visited if he deletes his temp files etc. That is just an analogy nothing to do with perv

If you search for the site on google there is usually an option under the link to the site on the results page for the last cached copy of the site.
Example of boards cached by google Here

When was the site access, when was the temp folder cleared, how much use does the PC get?

They use various different techniques, but tend not to advertise them as it would be counter-productive.
