I use quarry dust, there is a very small chip in it but it beds in really well. I get the lorry man to spread it with chains on the lorry, pull the land leveller over it and then the roller. Just go to a quarry and ask to get a look at it.

That's what we use as well, heard it refaired to as blinding to if it's the same stuff. Do you ever have a problem with it washing away?? How do you find it goes when it gets wet and mucky?

I blinding, thats it same stuff. had a problem near the parlour but i raised the pass and left it higher on one side and then dusted it again, this helps to stop pools forming, also i try not be too generous with it 2" approx.
