dual climate control problem

    well basically there are 4 vents on the dash 1 by each window 2 in the middle .the problem i have is when i turn down the temp only 1 side of the car cools down the driver side remain hot no matter what temp i set it to .anyone have any ideas please and thankyou

    I came across this before and it turned out that it was the regulator valve on the drivers side that was stuck open.

    The car in question was 2006 Audi A6.
