Creative zen software issue

    Hello,

    I have a creative zen and used the software that came with it to convert and transfer videos onto my player. Problem is I sold my pc and now have a laptop. I no longer have the disc that came with the mp3 player so installed the software from the creative website. The issue I have is this software doesn't allow me to convert the videos on my laptop before transferring over to my player. I used to convert and then transfer to the memory card I insert in my player. Does anyone know where I could download the software for this?

    I use format factory for converting the videos. I can't remeber what the settings are off the top of my head but if you search for the screen resolution of the Zen and go for two channel audio that should pretty much do it.
