Tingling when ejaculating

Just wonder if any one else gets this. I'm a male in their mid-20s and sometimes I've noticed that when I ejaculate, there's an extreme tenderness/tingling around the head/foreskin. Just wonder if any one else gets this. I'm a male in their mid-20s and sometimes I've noticed that when I ejaculate, there's an extreme tenderness/tingling around the head/foreskin. Does this happen to anyone else? It gets to a point where I need to withdraw right away, otherwise it becomes somewhat uncomfortable. The sensation only lasts for about 30 seconds before going away. It means that once I ejaculate, I can't thrust anymore.
