I'll be at the double-bill in Croker myself, should be posting here a little bit. Just one thing, the hurling is on at 17:15 according to the GAA site ;)

O' Loughlin Gaels leading 0-6 to 0-3 at the start of the 2nd half in the club semi final. Quite a few wides so far.

    Ft KK 0-14 V Corcaigh 1-10

Cork were 0-10 V 0-2 down at HT having played with a strong wind!

Point in injury time won it for the cats, much better second half for the rebels - which would not be hard as they were shít in the first!!

kilkenny fail to score at home to leitrim, be interesting to see how many times a team has failed to score in a competitive intercounty match

Kilkenny footballers most be worst team in country at any level never mind intercounty.(outside Kilkenny of course)

    Thats shocking.

It's very hard to disagree with you.

i brought this up on another thread earlier but should the GAA create a div 5 for weak football areas and put KK into it. it sickens me the praise this county gets and yet they show pure contempt for one of our national games.

in farness, when london are putting big scores on them then there is no amount of divisional tom foolery that would do the job here.

It makes me despair a wee bit that we only beat them by 7 points :o
To be fair, it is the same for a lot of counties in hurling. Didn't the Cavan CB want to disband their county hurling teams this year? Meath CB aren't much better when it comes to accommodating the hurlers.
Football simply isn't played there. Though I do think that they narrowly beat London in the league a few years ago. And it was played right before the hurlers so it was probably the biggest crowd the Kilkenny footballers ever got.

Hope they can improve. Waterford were one of the worst teams in the country a few years ago (I remember Meath playing them in Navan and their first aid kit was a Tesco bag) and now their holding their own in Division 3. Can't see a similar event happening with Kilkenny though.
