    I bought a laptop online this morning with a view to going down to pick it up as soon as the store opens. Now that I've completed the transaction it says I have to wait for a call from customer care to ''finalize'' the transaction and that I ''MUST NOT'' go to the store before this. What an absolute fúckin' joke!

    Can anyone tell me if this customer care team even work on a Saturday?
