    18.9 acres recently made 425,000. 4 miles from Gorey town, it was top quality arable land. Level and dry. TBH this was a false price but small parcel make bigger money. If you want road frontage expect to pay 60-80k around here imo.;)

    While i accept that smaller parcels fetch more the max i will be spending is €15000 p/acre,which you seem to think is achievable[€2500p/ac. above average] at current trends.I was thinking Harrow/Boolavogue area what do you think.

    Harrow Boolavogue are a little further south so prices should be a little lower than around Gorey. 15k an acre should get you something. Best of luck with the search.
