Paddy Power are offering 1/2 on the Greens winning no seats in the election. Tempting as I think they are going to be wiped out - even the big names. Opinions? :D

They will get at least 1 seat. unfortunately the future is green. Eamon Ryan & Paul Gogarty will retain their seats id say.

I think Eamonn Ryan will be doing very well to see off Shane Ross so IMO he's a dead man walking.

No value imo and far from being free money. I would even consider laying at that price.

Three seats according to the Boards poll, however reliable that is. 1/2 a poor price IMO

Don't think that they have a prayer - especially in Louth (one of the TDs according to Boards poll) where Dearey would have to increase his share of the vote from the last election. No Green TD is definitely worth a small punt IMO.

Would doubt the boards poll is very accurate given that forum users tend to be of certain demographics rather than a good sample of the population

Trevor Sargent has a hope in Dub North. Eamon Ryan has a chance and Gormless an outside chance.

    Would not back at 1/2

Nah, I'll still go with total elimination for the Greens @ 1/2. Clever Trevor won't make it this time. It will be either Clare Daly (Soc) + 2 Labour + 1 FG or Clare Daly + 2FG + 1 Labour. As a long time Green voter I feel it my waters. :D
