I can recommend these guys http://physioactive.ie/, they ae based in Dillons Cross. Well actually I only got treatment from Declan O'Sullivan there, found him very good, I think he/they might do work for some of the Cork hurling/football teams (not sure about that fact though).

Eric Wolfe. Based in Tower or UCC arena on different day. Very happy with him. He is a triathlete & marathon runner so he in good for advice on not getting the injury again as well as physio.

Grainne Sugrue - Bodyworks & Pilates Clinic on the Pouladuff Rd.
Does a variety of different treatments, Deep Tissue, Stretching etc. and Dry Needling (Which is stone mad but quite effective for longer term muscle problems.)

I also go to Eric and find him great, particularly for accurate diagnosis (i.e. not assuming everything is shin splints, tight hip flexors!) and follow up on progress.

op - if you are based west of the city I can recommend Brian O'Connell out in ballincollig.

re: brookfield - ozzie looked after me post acl surgery and I found him excellent. Eddie Harnett who used to work there is out in B/collig as well. don't have number to hand.

Physio Active - Declan works with cork hurlers, colin lane with the footballers

Wasn't sure if that was true or just rumour....good to know...hopefully I'll never get a chance to ask him again, but that's wishful thinking!!
