    Heres what the state department e mailed me today;

U.S. Department of State - Visa Processing Fee Instructions
    From:
    U.S. Department of State <usagcvisa@usa.com>

Congratulations on winning a United States Permanent Resident Card through Diversity Visa Lottery. Follow the instruction below to pay the processing fees
and start the integration process in the United States as soon as possible.

    Short Story-

I just have to pay 560 USD and can bring as many family members for 560 USD each, I have to pay by the 4th of march and pay some UK embassy office

''Please send the payment to the U.S. embassy agent address in United Kingdom:
    CHRISTIAN
    LEWIS
    Grosvenor Square · London, W1K 6JP
    United Kingdom ''

How lucky am I, USA here I come

    The actual e mail

Although participation in the Green Card Lottery is free the winners are required to pay the visa processing fees. The fees are collected by Embassy or
Consulate abroad, Department of Homeland Security's, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
The fee is also used to prove your identity and express your interest in the U.S visa so we can make all the demands required for your relocation in the United States.
    Fees:

Type of Residence Card Status Price (per person)
United States Permanent Resident Card Granted! - Waiting for payment of processing fee 560 USD
    Subtotal: 560 USD
    Processing fees Included
    Total 560 USD

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DIVERSITY IMMIGRANT VISA PROGRAM
You have been selected at random from over 12.1 million qualified entries (16.5 million with derivatives) received. The diversity lottery was conducted under the terms of section 203(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act which makes available 50,000 permanent resident visas annually to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States.
With the Diversity Visa (also known as Green Card) you will enjoy all the advantages and benefits of a US permanent resident, including health and education benefits, and employment opportunities along with guidance in your new country, orientation sessions and programs to integrate into mainstream American society.
The annual DV program makes visas available to persons meeting simple, but strict, eligibility requirements. The Department of State implemented the electronic fees processing system beginning with DV-2005 in order to make the DV process more efficient and secure.
The fees must be paid using Western Union money transfer and will be processed by the U.S. embassy in the United Kingdom.
Western Union is a leading provider of International person-to-person money transfer. With more than 150 years experience and 245,000 Agent locations in over 200 countries and territories, Western Union is recognized for sending money quickly, reliably, and safety.

Click on the following link to find the nearest Western Union agency and send the fees payment (560 USD or equivalent local currency.)
    Find Western Union Agency
If you are unable to find a Western Union agency near your location, you may ask a relative or friend to pay the fee on your behalf.

Please note that you are allowed to take with you as many family members you want. However for each person you must pay an additional amount of U.S 560 USD

For example if you decide to move in the United States with your wife and a kid the total fee is 560 USD(your fee) + 560 USD(your wife) + 560 USD(your kid) = 1680 USD.
If you want to move alone the fee is as stated above only 560 USD
After you send the payment follow the next steps :
    a) Fax the Western Union receipt to the following number: +1 206-202-0890
    b) Email at usagcvisa@usa.com with the following details (you can find them on the money transfer receipt):

    1) Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN):
    2) Exact sender's name on file with Western Union:
    3) Exact sender's address on file with Western Union:
    4) Amount sent:

Then wait for the confirmation that the payment was received. Within 72 hours, you will receive a confirmation via email with your Case Number/Confirmation Number and exact date and time when you will receive your documents and travel information to move in the United States.

Please send the payment to the U.S. embassy agent address in United Kingdom:
    CHRISTIAN
    LEWIS
    Grosvenor Square · London, W1K 6JP
    United Kingdom
Why to send the payment fees in the United Kingdom ?
The payment must be sent to U.S. embassy agent address in United Kingdom because the U.S government decided this based on its international
policy and the relations with your country.

    Notice

The payment must be sent via Western Union no later than 4th March 2011. You are strongly encouraged not to wait until the last day to pay. Heavy demand may result in system delays .

In other news, I'm about to complete a rather tricky deal with a Nigerian colleague to repatriate the proceeds from the will of one of my relatives. And the funny thing is, I didn't even know I had a Nigerian relative.

I got this email. I was so RUDDY annoyed by them that I proceeded to bombard them with emails about how I was sooooo excited about winning my green card lottery but I would only go if I could bring my best friend; a yo-yo I called "Fancy Dave."

It's a real email address and I was averaging about 5 emails a day blathering on. Petty I know, but if someone's time was wasted then my job was done.

Please send $400 to my Uzbekistan base in Iran by PayPal asap. I'll be able to help you but I need the funding in order to set up the string and 2 cups we'll need to be able to talk to each other and connect to the interweb.

Please do this urgently, it is vital to my home nation of Colombia in which i am based.

I WON!!! Oh my god I have never won anything in my life, I am so shocked! Guys I was just on this porn site and just as I was dropping trou this pop-up came on my screen! It told me a had just won £10,000 but to retrieve this money I had to send €545 to a bank in Nigeria so that the bank could assess my account for the British bank to send the money by post to my address in cash, a lot of small print I didnt get to read because I was just so excited! I just had to fill out these online forms given my bank details so they could assess if I was "prepared to receive my winnings" as it said on the application form, but before I could send it off I had to transfer some money over a very trusty middleman called Western Union.
Even though I promised my parents that I would buy that much needed medicine for my little brother because both my parents were let go from work and my little brother has become very sick, but this way I can buy lots and lots of medicine for my sick brother :)
I just have to wait until the Nigerian bank tells the British bank to post the moneys.

I'm so lucky, myself. Nearly everyday I always seem to be the 1,000,000th visitor to websites.

Plus, somehow, on some websites a Facebook chat window pops up in the corner from a hot and horny 18 year old Asian who conveniently lives in the next town over and says she wants to fùck me :D

Dayyyyy-um. I didn't know such websites existed. I still amused myself to no end making up stories about how much I loved my yo-yo and how, if given the chance, we would set up a small, intimate but much loved act in the steamy boomtown of Chicago. Fancy Dave the Yo-Yo would then fall prey to the devices of a particularly enticing stapler. The two would unfortunately start a lust-filled, violent relationship, leading to their sinking into a booze-fueled maelstrom of sex binges and cigarette stained shame.

They haven't wrote back yet. The ****.

Whats wrong with that? Sounds pretty official to me. Sure I was just looking at the census forms and it asks, "How many kids have ye livin' with ye in your primary residence" :D

When I think of the type of people that might fall for this, well one of the types of people I think of are people who post "Its a scam mate" 3 pages into a thread where it was obvious the OP knew it was a scam, but where a few other special people had already posted "Its a scam mate" several times before you.
