Fuzzy speech during call on IPhone 4??

    got my iphone today all working ok except during calls, when the other person is talking they sound fuzzy?

    anyone else experience this or know what i could do?

    I reported similar on my iP4/4.2/3 soon after I got it new as well. The issue has not repeated.

    My first iPhone 4 had an annoying buzz at some frequencies through the phone speaker. I got on to Apple, convinced them it was a hardware problem and they had the phone collected and I had a new replacement within two days.

    Can be caused by a fleck of dust on the speaker. its annoying but I don't want to send it back as I finally, after 4, have an iPhone that I'm happy with.

    turns out it was just the plastic seal on the front of the iphone as it came out of the box, it covered over the earpiece! silly me! thanks anyways guys!
