    Hi,

    Did a clearout of freezer last night and found a full sealed bag of this- I purchased in Whole Foods in the US some time last year and it recommended freezing to preserve freshness. I can't find an expiry date but it says sell by date is 17th October 2010.

    Anyway, I won't use this- if anyone is interested in taking it off my hands. It could be used to make homemade seitan, great breads etc
