Was at a wedding a while back and one of the bridesmaid had a lend of a curling wand it was a straight black bar that you twisted hair around and it was brilliant! My hair is usually hard to style in curls so i was happy out using it and would get one for myself if I could as I have two older curling things at home that are not good with my hair at all. Bridesmaid thought it was from the stand in liffey valley

anyone l know if this sounds like the ones they sell there? any idea of the price? I heard they are expensive enough but no idea what price.

    Thanks!

The brand they sell is Amika, it's in most shopping centres (not Dundrum). Yeah it's a clipless one, sounds about right. I think they're around €100ish? But they're fantastic.

Babyliss do a version thats probably about €35 in boots - I have it and its great - a little bit fiddly to do the back but the results last great with hairspray.

Have this one, and it is brilliant.
My hair doesn't hold curls well, but they last for days with this wand.

thanks guys got one yesterday in liffey valley its the pink one but looks the same as what I used at the wedding. It was meant to be 120 but got it for 100 with a bottle of shampoo thrown in. Its expensive but if it works I don't mind as I have two babyliss ones at home that take forever for me to use and the curls just don't stay in or look great. I have really fine hair I think thats part of the problem!
