    Hi,
Lately I have been feeling really off...
I don't feel like anything is real anymore, I constantly feel like I am in a dream or that things around me are not real...
For example earlier today I was very sure that the sky was not real and then I began to think that there was a group of people following me,
I told my friend and when she answered me I didn't think she was real...
It's scaring me because I feel like I am going crazy or something..
I also constantly feel like there is someone I can't see with me, I thought that they were ghosts but now I really don't know..
Also at times I can hear something that sounds like a muffled radio, I can't make it out exactly but I can hear it .
Haven't been sleeping very well lately and have been suffering from headaches..
I don't feel like I can talk to anybody about this as I fear they will judge me straight off..
Has anybody got any advice or has anybody experienced something similar?
    Thanks

Maybe the lack of rem sleep is having a bit of a hallucinatory effect or something.
I think between lack of sleep and headaches you should talk to your GP, for that if nothing else, they might prescribe something to help

Are you overly stressed or on a bad diet to cause the sleep loss

First stop your GP. Get a full health check and then go from there.

hearing a muffled sound that others can't could be that you are suffering from tinnitus (google it for further info) which your GP would be able to advise on or refer to an ear specialist. Also for your other symptoms, definitely go to a GP and if you don't get a satisfactory answer from one GP, get a second opinion from another.

You may be suffering a little paranoia. It is more common than you think. When I was in college my friend would read the newspaper and wonder if the journalists were actually secretly referring to him in their articles. I could also give you more examples that sound more like what you are experiencing.

As said, the first stop is to have a frank and honest chat with your GP. What you are going through happens to lots of people. Your GP can give you a full check up and recommend what to do next.

Do not let this get worse. Keep going to the doctor until it is dealt with .

I am afraid we cannot offer medical advice or attempt diagnosis and I really feel you should be telling a medical professional how you feel, all you will get here is unqualified people espousing internet diagnosis and so I'm locking this thread.

    Best of luck
    Ickle
