    Well for 102, when steam condenses, does the H (internal energy due to bonds is the easiest way to think about this I find), increase or decrease. If it gives out energy then it is decreasing so the change in H is negative is deltaH is negative.

    For the entropy, again we are looking at the change in terms of the atoms themselves, and since they have gone from gas to liquid their entropy has lowered... delta S is negative

    for 103, reactions are spontaneous when delta G is negative so you should be able to answer it now?
