Does anyone know where I can get the Russian SURPAT camo in Ireland, I'm not a big fan of ordering from other countries.

    Attachment not found.

And just wondering what you guys think of this camo for Airsoft in Ireland?

Ya I didn't think I could get it in Ireland but worth a try.

But do you think this camo would work well in Irish woodlands?

It's probably a little light for Irish woodland.

At a guess I'd say its maybe a bit better than MultiCam, and not as good as US Woodland/Danish/Flecktarn/DPM/MARPAT or, the best of all, CadPat - all of which were designed for temperate and wooded areas. Going by the photos, it works well in semi-arid and rocky areas.

No camo is perfect everywhere, not even MultiCam.

Take a look at Marpat, more or less the same but the colours are more vibrant on the marpat.

But the Surpat does look like it would work well, seems to have the colours of the duller days of ireland (everyday) lol!

    Just my two cents.

a lot of reference pictures http://survivalcorps.com/pages/8365 , as ozcam said it may be a little light for the hight of summer, but for general all round use and winter it would not be bad , as with most things in airsoft camo is more personal choice rather than practical due to the nature of the engagement distances, but it does not hurt
