    Howiya lads/lases,
    Just wondering if anyone has an idea what the icon i have circled in the attached is, i tapped on it and my mail disappeared :| iv no idea where it went.
    Any suggestions would be good!

    Im pretty sure it puts it into your junk folder but doesnt delete it. There was an update for the mail app on one of the ios updates and it changed the default delet buttoon to a "move to trash" option for some email accounts, gmail being the one i noticed. You can change this in the mail settings section.

    Are you with gmail? I think that button archives the mail and you should find it under the "All Mail" folder.

    It is a gmail account thanks lads, it did in fact archive the mail.
    These constant updates and minor changes would do your nut in. Every couple of weeks i discover a new wierd and wonderful icon lol
    Cheers lads thats been bugging me all day.
