Advice on my training program

Hey All, i am just looking for a bit of advice on my training program and as to what kind of training would best compliment thai boxing/kickboxing.

My current training week would roughly be:

Monday, Thurs, Saturday - Thaiboxing or kickboxing. They are on at different times so it depends on what time i get there. the training is pretty similar for both. a typical session would be:
    -light run
    - 3 x 3 minute rounds skipping. 20 pushups and 20 situps on the 30 sec rest
    - 30 or 40 mins pad work/ bag work(sometimes pushups between rounds, things like that)
    - push ups/burpees/plank type execises (all depends on the mood of the trainer on what happens here)
-finish with a couple of minutes of holding arms straight out
-on saturdays we will have a coupe of rounds of sparring at the end

Tue, Fri - i go to they gym and do weights. my typical split is chest/shouders/tris some ab work
    legs/back/bis some ab work
I dont go overboard with volume in the gym. about 40 mins each workout.

wed - ill go for a light run 30 mins or so.

i ve been reading a bit about crossfit workouts lately and like the look of them. In fact i did my first one tonight (barbara i think it was) and although it was tough i enjoy that type of workout.

    so my question is-
Would I be better off doing crossfit workouts instead of my current weights workouts?
Would the crossfit workouts help with my fitness for sparring?

Or, because we do lots of bodyweight exercises and high intensity intervals in the thaiboxing, would i be better doing slower heavy weight sessios on the days in between?

Any feedback is much appreciated appreciated.

By the way its a great forum ye have going here

I think it really depends on what your goals are. Do you want to bulk up or to get fitter?

I know a lot of fighters would be conscious of not adding too much bulk as it may slow them down...

My main goal is fitness but added would strength would also be good. im not concerned about keeping weight down or anything like that. At the moment im not competeing just sparring. I dont bulk up easily anyway. the last couple of times i sparred against the fitter lads my fitness let me down in the 2nd an 3rd rounds. i was thinking of adding some sprints into my training. would the crosfit workouts have similar effect to the sprints?
