    I recently got donated 2 dumbells. normal ones you would get in Argos, and a barbell (from lidl). I don;t have a bench but looking around on the web there seems to be lots of exercises you can do without a bench.
    What advice can you give me regarding a program I should start out on?
    I recently had a question about my diet on the Nutrtion & diet forum and got good feedback there. I am not looking to build up muscle as such, just to tone up.
