    Are there any?

    There must be...

Maybe it protects against cancer, or something...

Yep good source of Tumeric. Tumeric has been linked to reducing cases of prostate cancer.

    It tastes good on food.

Eating tasty foods can be a trigger for the brain to release endorphins.

As the body's immune system can be strongly affected by mood, people in high spirits are usually much better able to deal with stress and illness.

So eat tasty mustard, feel good about it, get sick less!
