Galway boiler needs to be serviced

    there was thick black smoke coming from my oil boiler today. need to get it serviced. can anyone make a suggestion?

    I'd shut it down and not use it first of all, safety first and all that.. And don't start it up till it's seen to..
    Don't have any recomendations for servive/repair guy though, I sure someone will add their recomendations..

    Could be a problem with the jet, I can recommend somebody if you want to pm me. He's reliable, reasonable and very good.

    Im interested in getting my bolier serviced too, I saw 50 euro advertised in the advertiser for a service, but if someone could recommend someone that would be good.

    I used www.theboilerman.ie last summer. Really professional guy. I think it was €70 as that included a few parts that needed replacing. Anyhow, I'd recommend him.

    got him before christmas and did an excellent job. It was €70 for the basic service I think but we needed a few parts too that brought it up over the 100 mark

    just got the boiler serviced this morning & this fella did a great job without too much fanfare for 65euros incl. parts - www.oilboilerservicesgalway.com - sound man, would recommend him if anyone else is thinking of it
