What's involved in swimming lessons?

    Going for first time adult lessons later in Markiewicz Leisure Centre and just wondering what's involved? I've my swimsuit , need anything else? Is it floating around or actually swimming or what? :confused: Thanks!

    Might be a bit late this 1 but oh well! Get yourself a decent pair of goggles! They'll make it a much better experience! Not sure how the instructors work in Markiewicz. I assume they'll get you in & work some water confidence! Getting your face wet & breathing in the water. It can be trickier then you think. Then a bit of body position work & maybe some leg kicking. It really depends on the instructor & class! Hope you enjoy it :)
