Hey, I'm looking to play some astro to get/keep fit. I'd be up for a game once or twice a week. I'm available most evenings and the weekend. Been living here for a while but none of my friends are into football.

I'm not great but love playing and would like a regular game. If anyone is looking to fill up a team or just need someone to make up numbers for a friendly game that would be great.

Lads were a bit slack on numbers for a game every thursday from 6-7 in astrobay so looking to build a bigger pool of people.

The standard of people is varied so I wouldn't be worried about that one bit.

Four lads from Gort looking for two players (one preferably a keeper) to play on a team that will be competing in the Oranmore astro-turf league.

The League is starting next Wednesday night at 8pm and will be on for 12 weeks or so. It'll be on every Wednesday night at that time for the 12 weeks so. If anyone would be interested drop me a pm.

we play tuesday 9:15 and wednesday aswel most weeks at 7:15 so if any teams or any individual wants to play pm me, I can get a team of 6 together to play your team in a casual game or if any individuals wana play it would help make up the numbers.

Just finished about 12 weeks of 5 a side there playing at the pitches near the GAA club in Renmore - workmates a bit lazy so numbers dropped as we went on and the weather worsened

If anyone's interested, I'm trying to put together a 5 aside team to compete in the Oranmore Astro league that'll kick off again on the 15th of January. I took part in the last one before Christmas and it was very well ran, games were always played on a Wednesday night, kick-offs varied between 8pm and 9:15pm. Anyways through one reason or another the lads I played won't be available or be able to commit to playing every Wednesday etc this time round.

So if anyone is interested drop me a pm but please don't if you think at all you won't be able to commit to it. A lad that would consider himself handy enough in goals would be a huge plus in this league, playing with no one having a bit of goal keeping ability at all cost us big time in the last league!

Nearly forgot it's 35 euro a night, works out at around 6 or 7 euro per man depending on whether or not we'll have an extra man, as in 6 players. I'll be travelling in from Gort as well so if anyone is on the way to Oranmore a lift will be no problem. Cheers.
