Dent removal. Paintless?

    I have a black '02 323f 2.0 Sport much like this one Mazda323_1.jpg

    I'm trying to weigh up different bodywork options with the intention of cleaning the car up once and for all and hanging onto the ugly thing. I think I might even eventually end up using it for track days so the car is of long term interest. I'm also very particular about bodywork anyway.

    I have lots of dings/ dents on my car. Mostly on swage lines. Every panel is affected except;
    1. Front bumper which needs painting anyway (bonnet needs painting too).
    2. Back bumper
    3. Filler cap/ quarter panel
    4. Boot door
    Other factors;
    1. Both front wings only have minor ripples with no focal points as such. I could probably live with these if it isn't very cost effective to do them.
    2. I have some shallow, large-ish dents down both sides of the roof. Maybe from careless surfboard transporting. I'd like to find out if anything can be done about these.
    3. Some yungwan jumped on my bonnet on New Years. There are another couple of shallow dents that you would barely notice. The (recently replaced by previous owner) bonnet had a bad paint job (paint is too thin) and it needs to be re-done anyway but I don't know if dings can be dealt with on bonnets without replacing the bonnet.
    4. The trim on the back bumper needs to be re-fitted.
    5. Must refurbish wheels. Might follow the DIY thread and have a go myself!

    Did I hear that the Dent Doctor people charge per panel as opposed to per dent? If so, any idea what that rate is? Anyone know who might be the best or who is most cost effective?
