Dimplex Wall heater

    Hi,

    I have 2 dimplex wall heaters, one in the Kitchen and the other in the living room which is pretty much all one room. They are turned off at the source and are still giving out heat. It's been like for 1 day now. The both of them have 2 knobs one for output and the other is input. Any help on how to sort this? I've turned the knobs so the output opens the panel inside to let the heat out full (might help cool them down). I've put the input to the lowest setting and turned each off at the wall and they're both still hot.
