I was browsing my local independent candidates on the net, trying to get a feel for them before totally ignoring them for being spacers when I came across this beaut

Now I actually don't know where to begin with this video. Why is it Taiwan? Why are they all the campest people in the universe? Why does the first guy try to say a sentence he clearly doesn't know the end of? Why does the third guy have someone speaking at the same time as him or does he have some sort of throat singing going on? Where is Dumpling South east anyway?

Can anyone explain to me wtf is the point of this video?

Probably could call the east end of Parnell Street "little Asia town", there's a load of chinese / korean restaurants right beside eachother, oriental shops as well.

Seriously, can anyone please help me understand this video? I mean its one of the most insane things I have seen as part of an election strategy? He has no other videos up except him registering himself as a candidate. What sort of a message is this to send to constituents in Dublin South East?
