Try any aerial at a southerly-facing window. Positioning is generally more important than what kind of aerial is used (indoors)

The €50 indoor are no better than €2 ones, really.

Position. Even get satellite quality extension cable and tape it to a balcony rail or something outdoor.

    Hi,

Coincidentally, I used a cheapo indoor aerial to get DTT in Ushers Quay last summer. We were on the second floor and I put the aerial on a west-facing windowsill pointed the aerial to the south.

I got excellent reception on RTE 2 - we watched a World Cup match.

I wonder if there is some other problem?
