Has anyone here watched it? Its streaming free on a officially licensed stream on a website called crunchyroll.
    http://www.crunchyroll.com/hourou-musuko-wandering-son

About Hourou Musuko - Wandering Son
Nitori Shuichi is a boy who wants to become a girl. He transfers to a new elementary school, and there, meets Takatsuki Yoshino, a tall and attractive young girl. Coincidentally, Yoshino also dreams of becoming the opposite sex. She lets Shuichi in on a secret that she cross dresses from time to time and visits places far from home. Due to the fact that they share the same secret, they become close. The two are now in middle school. In the midst of a crowd full of new people, the two search for their own paths; all the while facing the troubles and concerns that come along with puberty.

Its the first anime thats deals with the matter in a sensitives way and personally I love it. Its a great watch and I though here people would be appreciative about it.

I tried to but the subtitles were unreadable in the version I...attained. Will watch the stream though.

Read the manga, it's actually really good! Shuu is so cute xD

Obviously buy the official licensed books, but here's the scanlation which is current with Japanese release as far as I can tell:

It'll do until I can find some more current stuff in Forbidden Planet in Dublin.

(Note to shops selling manga: Buy a few extra copies of book 1 for every manga. Can't expect us to start halfway with a story like this :pac:)

+1 to this. There are a few series I'd like to start but can't find the first volume and end up getting them online. You'd think they realise that a lot of people buy the first one and not all of them will continue the series so they need more of #1 than any other volume.
