    Deep Sea Exfoliate
It is very important to exfoliate the skin, as this allows for dead skin to be removed and lets facial creams absorb more effectively into the skin.

    You will need:
    Sea Salt
    Olive oil
    Cotton Wool

Put your salt in a dish and pour in Olive oil.
Dampen your face with luke warm water.
Gently massage the mix in circular motions over your skin.
    Avoiding the eye area.
Remove excess mixture with cotton wool.
Rinse the face with cold water
    Gently pat dry
Note* You can replace the sea salt with sugar.
