UPC+ Sound Out Issue...

    Hello there,

I've a bit of a strange sound set up in my apartment.

I have 5.1 soround sound hooked up to a Sony Media Player. Now, the meda player only has SCART in as a form of receiving audio.

I have UPC+ (not HD) and a PS3. Now, I have a 3 way SCART switcher that plugs into the media player. I have SCART sound coming from my PS3 and my UPC+ box and the switcher allows me to switch through where the sound comes from depending on what device I'm using.

My issue is this worked perfectly in my old place (where I had sky instead of UPC, oh how I miss it) but for some reason I cannot get the sound to work from my UPC+ box.

It comes out of the TV alright but I have a L+R to scart cable coming out of the box into my SCART switcher and it just doesnt work.

I have a feeling the issue is the scart cable that provides the video to my tv is also taking the sound so its over riding my other scart cable leading to the media box.

Is there some setting that allows you to select where the audio on the UPC+ comes from that I can't see (I believe sky had this and it fixed the issue for me)

Thanks in advance, if anything is unclear let me know and I'll try and explain it better.
