    As with my other query, I am enquiring on behalf of someone I look after, who is doing a course in the NIID in Trinity College. He is under the impression that there is some law or part of the constitution which prohibits him from getting married or having children. I am fairly sure that this is not the case, so if anyone can shed a bit of light on it I'd appreciate it (as would he!)...
