need help finding laptop with these specs

    I posted previously about needing a laptop suitable for course work.

    I ve now been told that ill need a screen size of 15-17in and with the following specs

    budget 500euro
    screen 15-17in (widescreen preferable)
    windows 7 home premium 64bit
    processor above 1.8ghz
    3-4gb ram
    mat finish (non reflective screen)
    3-4 usb ports
    decent webcam and microphone
    5-1 card reader
    wifi
    reasonable graphics card ( wont be used for gaming )
    vga connection
    hdmi connection

    ive looked for a website that allows you to search for desired specs but cant find one. best review site ive seen is notebookcheck.net but their laptoip finder is not great
