Pharmacy I'd say. They can order it in if they don't have it on the premises.

It's Isopropyl alcohol (correct spelling incase you end up ordering it online or something!)

I got it in Maplin but they are very pricey. If you are in the Dublin area I saw that Radioncs stock it. I've never bought from them but their prices look good- (not sure if they sell direct to the public, but its worth asking.)

Buy it online from an Irish chemical supplier. The one I got it from (I forget the name) supplies some non-watched/scheduled chemicals to individuals. 5 litres of isopropanol for <30 euro.

Go into a pharmacist and ask them to order it for you. You can get quite a large bottle of it for around €15 and they'd probably have it for you within a few days.
