    Hi Guys,

    We are a start up in need of programmers with HTML, PHP and similar systems experience. We have tried colleges, websites and on here but to no avail.

    Any suggestions?

    Where are you advertising/looking for these programmers?

    I regularly get mailed from programmers looking for work and/or experience, even though I'm not looking for anyone at the moment (unfortunately!) - but there seems to me to be loads of programmes out there looking for work!

    List of desirable skills, off the top of my head;

    PHP5 / MySQL
    XHTML / CSS
    AJAX
    Javascript / JQuery

    And we also love to see a portfolio of anyone who is interested.
